These Terms govern use of Streamkey Africa by viewers and organisers. They work together with the Privacy Policy and with our internal operating, refund-review and content-protection procedures. Using the site, a token or a stream means you accept them.
Streamkey Africa distributes ticketed live events and replays. Features marked as preview do not take payment and do not create a paid booking. A contracted show is only confirmed in writing by us.
Organiser packages currently listed: Basic — we restream an existing link for an operational fee of R250; Premium — production with our equipment, quoted. Viewer prices appear in ZAR on the event or VOD card. Preview checkout does not charge a card.
Paid digital access is supplied when a live token is issued. Refunds are not automatic. Requests go to support first and are assessed under our internal refund procedure and the Consumer Protection Act. We will refund or replace access where the service was not delivered or was materially defective. We will not refund a show you chose not to watch, a shared token, or a failure on your device or network.
You may not record, capture or redistribute a stream; share an access code; interfere with watermarks or security; use the platform for unlawful content; or abuse staff or other users. We may suspend access without refund where these rules are broken.
You confirm you hold the rights to the event, music, footage and speakers you ask us to carry. You keep those licences current. Published revenue shares apply unless a signed pilot or service agreement says otherwise. You must not promise viewers a Streamkey ticket we have not issued.
We aim for a stable HD stream. The service is provided as available. We are not responsible for the viewer’s connectivity, device, or a third-party ingest the organiser supplies.
Nothing in these Terms removes a right that South African law says cannot be excluded. Subject to that, Streamkey Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed show caused by your network, a shared token, or content an organiser did not have the right to supply.
Agreements, tickets and operational notices may be sent by email or WhatsApp. That is sufficient notice under ECTA.
Raise billing, access and content issues with us at info@streamkeyafrica.co.za or streamkeyafrica@gmail.com before any external process. We will apply our internal complaints procedure. These Terms are governed by South African law. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms on this page. The dated version is the binding one for use after publication.
